✔️For orders of up to 10 product types, up to 500 units, without editing the standard layout.

We ship within 2 business days: on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, provided that payment (and notification of payment) is received no later than 19:00 on the previous day. With online payment, payment information is usually received automatically; however, glitches may occur – please notify us of your payment even if you pay online. When paying via bank details, payment identification (if you do not send a notification) may take a significant amount of time. You can notify us about your payment on our Telegram or Viber.

Examples:

1) The order was placed and paid on Thursday, and you sent the payment notification on Thursday at 16:00 (or the payment was online and the bank sent us a payment notification). The shipment will be dispatched by Friday evening.

2) The order was placed and paid on Thursday at 00:01. You sent us the payment notification on Thursday at 23:00 (after the processing time). We will process this notification on Friday evening. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days. The order will be shipped on Monday.

3) The order was placed and paid on Thursday at 00:01, and the payment was made via bank details. You did not send us a payment notification. Suppose we were only able to identify the payment on the following Tuesday. Then we will process the order on Tuesday evening, and it will be shipped on Wednesday.

✔️For orders of more than 10 product types or over 500 units, the shipping times may be extended – please confirm with the manager.

✔️For orders that include layout editing.

The layout is created on the next business day (except Saturday/Sunday), after the order has been paid for and all materials and data required for the layout have been provided.

Production and shipment of the order take place within 3 business days after you approve the layout.

✔️Express Shipping. If you require express shipping – please, contact the manager as soon as possible. The additional cost for express service may significantly increase, depending on the time remaining until shipment.

✔️Any changes to the order, additional orders, or corrections to incorrect order details will accordingly extend the shipping time.

✔️Within Ukraine:

Nova Poshta, to the branch. The delivery cost is paid upon receipt, except during promotions.

Nova Poshta, to the parcel locker. The delivery cost is paid upon receipt, except during promotions.

Nova Poshta, courier delivery to the address. The delivery cost is paid upon receipt. Promotional discounts do not apply to courier delivery.

Ukrposhta, "Basic" tariff, to the branch. The delivery cost is paid upon receipt, except during promotions.

Ukrposhta, registered mail, to the branch. We cover the delivery cost. The order cost is 25 UAH higher. The maximum order weight is 47 grams (50 pcs of 5*5 or 5*9 or 6*8, or 10 pcs of 10*15).

Self-pickup (Bucha) – free of charge.

✔️Other countries:

Payment is made according to the carrier's tariffs. Payment is required at the time of shipment; for this, you will need to cover the delivery service cost until the order is dispatched.

✔️Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for the actions of the carrier or delivery times.

The carrier is responsible for the delivery and the safety of the package. The order is insured for its full value upon shipment (with the exception of registered mail, which is not insured). In case of damage or loss of the package, compensation for the order is made from the insured amount paid by the carrier, within the timeframe and manner established by them. If an order sent by registered mail is lost, i.e., if the order is not delivered within 60 days, we will resend the order at our expense.

If you request that the order be shipped using "economical" methods (for example, Nova Poshta under the "documents" tariff, or a reduction in the assessed value), then you assume all the risks of such shipping. In particular, in case of loss or damage, you will receive only the insured amount from the carrier. In the event of damage to a package sent under the "documents" tariff, the insurance amount will not be paid. Also, due to non-standard packaging, there may be some delay in shipment.

✔️All products are manufactured to order. Therefore, order processing begins only after payment.
Payment by cash on delivery, partial payment, or any other payment methods except 100% prepayment are not accepted.

✔️Payment can be made by:

Via bank transfer. Payment will be made to the account of a 2nd-group entrepreneur (FOP), without VAT.
If an invoice is required, please contact us after placing your order on the website.

Online card payment. Online payment can be made either through Privat24 (if you have a PrivatBank card), or via the GPay (APay) service, where you will need to enter your card details.

✔️✔️Please! Don't forget to notify us about your payment on our Telegram or Viber. Without such notification, payment may be identified with a delay, which will extend the processing time.

✔️For orders with delivery by registered mail via Ukrposhta, the order cost increases by 25 UAH, and the sender pays for the delivery.

✔️Payment for delivery by other methods is made by the customer upon receipt (except during promotions).

✔️We only communicate regarding orders via messengers. Please send us a payment notification, and we will confirm receipt of the order and the processing time, and after shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number on the carrier's website.

Please note that due to messenger blocking policies, we are unable to initiate conversations. If you are placing an order for the first time and there is no existing chat in the messenger, please do not forget to send us a message regarding your order and payment!

✔️Price Changes.

If the prices change, an order that has been placed but not paid for can be paid at the old prices within one additional day after placement.

✔️For orders of up to 50 units of the products presented on this page in the standard layout (i.e., as shown in the photo, without image editing):
You may return or exchange the product within 14 days after receiving the order.
Returned products must be in saleable condition, without any signs of use. The unit of measurement is considered to be a set: that is, if you ordered a set of 50 units, you can only return the set of 50 units and cannot return a set of 20 units. All shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

✔️For orders that involve editing the standard layout, or for orders of more than 50 units of the product (including when you order production based on the standard layout without editing):
The product will be manufactured exclusively according to your individual order.
According to Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", products manufactured to an individual consumer order, are not subject to return or exchange.
