Delivery within Ukraine usually takes 1 day.

Actions in case of loss or damage during delivery by Nova Poshta:
- Submit a compensation claim.
- Receive full compensation for the order amount (this usually takes a few days). If desired, a new order can be placed.

The delivery is paid by the customer (except for promotions). Shipping is done by standard parcel with insurance for the order amount. We are not responsible for delivery times or actions of Ukrposhta.

Delivery within Ukraine can take up to 6 days depending on the region. In case of delays, please contact Ukrposhta's hotline or your local branch.

Actions in case of loss or damage during Ukrposhta delivery (parcel):
- Notify us about the issue. We will file a claim for search and compensation (Ukrposhta accepts claims only from the sender and transfers compensation to the sender's account).
- Ukrposhta will review the claim (from a few days to 3 months) and transfer compensation to our account (the transfer can take from a few days to a month).
- After receiving compensation, we will either resend the order or transfer the compensation to your account — based on your preference.
