Payment

The order will be processed only after payment.

You can pay either by bank details or online: (optional - via Privat24, if you have a Privat card, or via the GPay service, where you will need to enter your card details)

When ordering delivery by Ukrposhta's recommended letter, the cost of the order increases by 25 UAH, this includes the cost of delivery.

Payment for delivery by other methods is made by the customer upon receipt (exception - see "Promotions").

We communicate about orders made only through instant messengers. If you sent us a message about payment, we will confirm the receipt of the order, and after sending we will write you a tracking number for the parcel on the carrier's website.

Please note that if you did not write to us first, then due to the policy of blocking messengers, we will not be able to inform you either about the acceptance of the order or that we have sent the order.

Deadlines

We ship within 2 business days - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, subject to payment (and notification) no later than 19:00 of the previous day. When paying online, information about the payment is received, as a rule, automatically, however, there are failures - please inform us, even when paying online. When paying by details, payment identification (if there is no message) can take an unlimited amount of time.

If the order contains more than 10 items or the total number of units of products is more than 500 pcs, the terms may be increased - please check with the manager.
Changing the order, additional order, clarifying incorrect registration - accordingly increase the term.

Changing prices.
In case of price changes, an unpaid but placed order can be paid at the old prices within one more day after registration.
