Timing

Except for August and September, group orders (up to 50 sets) are produced within 3 working days.
In August and September – check the dates with the manager. As a rule, this is up to 5 working days.
When ordering more than 50 sets, check the timing with the manager.

The production period begins to count from the next working day after the day of payment. At the same time, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not working days. That is, if the deadline is 3 business days, and the order was paid on Thursday (and the payment message was received before 18:00), then the order will be ready and sent either on Friday, Monday, or Tuesday.
Payment day is the day when you paid and reported payment before 18.00, that is, if you paid on Monday morning and reported after 18.00, the first day in the calculation will be Wednesday. Also, by this time you must send a file with your order, the correctness of which we will confirm. If the file is not filled out correctly, the countdown will begin on the next day after receiving the correct file.
If you forgot to report a payment, identification of the payment may take an indefinitely long time. Changing the order, clarification, additional order - accordingly increase the period (i.e. the period will be counted from the time of the last clarification).

The ability to change data after production has begun is limited! That is, if the order is paid on Monday, then part of the order can be manufactured already on Tuesday morning - in this case, it will be possible to edit the inscription on the tags only by paying for an additional order, with a new text.

If you order approval of the layout or adding your own picture, this may take an additional 1-2 working days (in August and September - up to 3 working days)

Payment

ATTENTION! Group orders (which are issued in a file with a list of what was ordered) must be paid EXCLUSIVELY after agreeing on the order file!
Cancellation of an order, return of incorrectly transferred money or refund of overpayment takes up to 2 business days, and is carried out at the expense of the customer (i.e. the cost of the bank commission will be deducted from the refund amount).
An order cannot be canceled once its production has begun.
The fact of payment confirms your agreement with the Public Offer Agreement.
Name tags and bracelets go into production only after payment.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
When ordering over 1000 UAH - delivery (except for address NP) is free. Payment for orders for a smaller amount, or direct payment, is made by the customer upon receipt.
